What you'll do
- Provide technical support to customers via on-site visits to resolve technical issues.
- Perform equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Carry out equipment inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
- Document all service activities, service reports, equipment repair records, and customer communications.
- Train customers on the safe and effective use of equipment and provide basic troubleshooting guidance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of relevant industry experience.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Familiarity using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and software applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
