About the role
This role provides technical support and on-site services to customers, performing equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support to customers via on-site visits
- Perform equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Carry out equipment inspections and preventive maintenance activities
- Document all service activities, including service reports and equipment repair records
- Train customers on the safe use of equipment and basic troubleshooting procedures
- Troubleshoot technical issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams
What you'll need
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Familiarity using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and software applications
- Flexibility to travel frequently to customer sites
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of relevant industry experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
