About the role
This role involves leading the technical aspects of SoC test solution adoption through production stabilization, collaborating with major domestic semiconductor customers. Teradyne's SoC business unit provides test solutions for digital, mixed-signal, RF, and high-performance computing (HPC) semiconductors.
What you'll do
- Support customer product development and mass production using Teradyne ATE (Tester) and software.
- Resolve customer technical issues and improve test quality and productivity.
- Support new device bring-up, debug, characterization, and validation tasks.
- Provide technical training, demonstrations, and presentations to customer engineers.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a semiconductor Test Engineer, Product Engineer, or Application Engineer.
- Experience with SoC Test, Validation, Characterization, or Production Test.
- Experience utilizing ATE and developing Test Programs.
- Understanding of Digital or Mixed-Signal semiconductor testing.
