About the role
This role involves developing and deploying test solutions for Analog and Mixed Signal semiconductor devices on Teradyne ATE platforms.
What you'll do
- Develop, debug, and deploy test solutions for Analog and Mixed Signal semiconductor devices.
- Perform test program software development.
- Review load board/probe card schematics design and layout for test solutions.
- Analyze problems and recommend solutions on Teradyne ATE platform to optimize customer throughput.
- Release test solutions to production, including correlation and gauge R&R with production handler and prober equipment.
- Develop new techniques and designs for characterizing and testing semiconductor devices.
What you'll need
- Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical / Computer Engineering or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor testing Industry with hands-on IC component testing project development.
- Test/Product engineering experience in analog, digital, mixed signal, or RF testing and test development on ATE platforms.
- Knowledge of Visual Basic, C, C++, C# programming.
- Proficient in Windows and Excel.
Nice to have
- Programming experience on Teradyne UltraFlex or UltraFlexPlus tester platform.
- Knowledge on handler and prober interface.
