About the role
This role involves providing application support, training customers, and technical support on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) platforms, including wafer and package test.
What you'll do
- Develop test solutions and test programs for customer products or IP on Teradyne ATE platforms.
- Provide technical expertise and consultation for software/hardware development to customers.
- Improve test programs and optimize test time for customers.
- Perform test correlation and data analysis, supporting release for production.
- Illustrate responses to customer inquiries concerning system software and applications.
- Conduct training courses for customers.
What you'll need
- BS or MS in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Micro-electronics, Computer Science, Computer engineering, or Electro-Optical Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and RF electronic devices.
- Experience in test program development for semiconductor testing on ATE platforms.
- Knowledge of Teradyne ATE platforms, such as UltraFLEX+, UltraFLEX, J750, or other semiconductor ATE platforms.
- Proficient in VBA, VB, C, C++, C#, or Python.
- Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting skills.
