About the role
This role involves providing field applications support to strategic and key automotive customers, focusing on Car infotainment Head-Unit and Audio AMP applications. You will support key customer projects with system knowledge and drive technology discussions for specific product areas.
What you'll do
- Provide field applications support to Strategic and Key Automotive customers.
- Support key customers’ projects with system knowledge and drive design ins for specific product areas.
- Interface directly with customers, offering technical guidance, product recommendations, schematic review, PCB layout, and validation reports.
- Troubleshoot customers’ board level and product level issues on-site.
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions to customers.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights for new product definition.
What you'll need
- MSEE in Engineering.
- Less than 2 years’ experience in Automotive Infotainment or Audio AMP industry.
- Solid knowledge in convertor (ADC/DAC), Audio, Video, Power management, DSP and processor products.
- Familiarity with mixed signal circuit applications/design at the board/system level.
- Excellent hands-on experience in HW and SW design capability.
- Previous experience providing customer-facing technical support.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with strong presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
Nice to have
- Automotive system level knowledge.
- Auto infotainment related background.
- Automotive system electrification experience.
