About the role
As a Facilities Engineer, you will provide technical guidance for critical facilities systems and manage complex capital and expense projects. Your expertise will support the sustaining of a cleanroom environment.
What you'll do
- Provide technical guidance for cooling systems, HVAC systems, hot water systems, compressed air systems, process vacuum, scrubbing systems, and general exhaust.
- Maintain equipment in respective systems, coordinating with contractors and ensuring preventative maintenance completion.
- Lead process changes through the process control board and conduct root cause analysis on incidents.
- Manage complex capital and expense projects from concept to commissioning.
- Initiate and drive continuous improvements and uphold area upkeep and 5S principles.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and train operations on them.
What you'll need
- 4-year technical degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent discipline.
- 5-8 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and a manufacturing setting.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
