About the role
As a Process Integration Engineer at Micron Fab15, you will help ensure process stability and drive yield/quality improvements. This role involves optimizing Device performance, focusing on HVM DRAM process conditions.
What you'll do
- Optimize Device performance to improve yield and repair density consumption.
- Appropriately consider HVM DRAM process conditions, focusing on Device process conditions.
- Collaborate with other PI module teams, Area teams, PE/GQ/Design, and TD device teams to balance HVM device process condition decisions.
- Partner with OMT, ID1, and TD teams at other sites.
- Utilize AI to summarize evaluation data and suggest new ideas for device performance improvement and yield.
- Take responsibility for creating and driving SWR for device performance improvement proactively.
- Consider the sweet spot for both Process integration and Device performance perspectives.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science (Material, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Physics) or equivalent experience.
- Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and basic data analysis/statistics.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in semiconductor process engineering, process integration, or yield improvement.
- Exposure to defect analysis, metrology analysis, SPC, or structured problem solving.
