About the role
The EUV Senior Team Lead manages technical development, resource allocation, and team performance within Customer Support, reporting to the EUV Tech Support Manager. The role oversees service actions, machine issue resolution, and shift-to-shift performance on night shift operations.
What you'll do
- Ensure all lithography service actions are performed safely while driving continuous improvement toward performance and cost KPI targets.
- Coach, develop, and evaluate team members by establishing clear expectations, targets, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement best-known-methods and operational processes to optimize shift-to-shift performance.
- Engage local, regional, and global technical support resources to resolve machine and equipment issues.
- Maintain flexibility across shifts and weekends to provide technical direction and feedback to team members and customers.
- Handle administrative obligations, including timecard approvals and resource tracking.
What you'll need
- B.S. in a technical field, or equivalent education and relevant working experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of technical or engineering experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally, with a valid driver's license and passport.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Nice to have
- EUV lithography equipment experience.
