About the role
This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing assembly equipment in QORVO's Richardson, TX assembly facility.
What you'll do
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on assembly equipment including Datacon die attach, K&S wirebond, Disco saws, and ASM SMT equipment.
- Assist with equipment installation, de-installation, and moves.
- Work with process engineers and operators within the factory.
- Assist in LEAN activities such as organization, 5S, and continuous improvement.
What you'll need
- Related Associate Degree or equivalent military experience.
- Ability to work a compressed work week.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50lb and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
