About the role
As an Equipment Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, improvements, upgrades, and installations. You will work with Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS), including Murata and Brooks equipment.
What you'll do
- Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downs.
- Monitor and analyze all related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address all tool-related issues.
- Coordinate supplier service and repairs where needed.
- Prepare technical reports and summary findings, recommending solutions to technical problems.
What you'll need
- High School diploma/GED.
- 18 years of age or older.
- 2 years of semiconductor experience as a Technician OR 8 years of non-semiconductor/military Technician experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour compressed work schedule, including one weekend shift and holidays.
Nice to have
- Equipment experience with Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS), industrial and collaborative 6/3 axis arm robots, Murata 350X Vehicles, Murata CDS350 Stockers, Murata TW3 Lifters, Brooks BRS2300 Reticle Stockers.
- Semiconductor experience in Automated Material Handling System (AMHS).
- Experience with troubleshooting mechanical and electronic systems, PLCs, E84 communication.
- Material control system (MCS) knowledge.
