Equipment/Maintenance Technician

About the role
This role involves the adjustment, repair, assembly, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment within Vishay Intertechnology.
What you'll do
- Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.
- Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment.
- Use test and diagnostic equipment as required.
- Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required.
- Perform equipment modifications as directed by Equipment engineer.
- Calibrate equipment as needed.
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of related equipment maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical skills.
- Strong electrical skills.
- Comprehensive troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
