About the role
This role involves performing complex preventive maintenance on photo equipment and conducting root cause analysis on machinery issues.
What you'll do
- Execute complex preventive maintenance procedures across i-line, DUV, Track, and scrubber Photo Equipment.
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis on machinery issues, applying a structured methodology.
- Evaluate recurring equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to existing PM procedures and check sheets.
- Support overlay, SEM, in-line, thin film, and other metrology recovery efforts as needed.
- Collect equipment-specific performance data and partner with Engineering to develop and implement solutions for equipment failures.
- Deliver technical, equipment-specific training to junior technicians and collaborate with vendor support teams.
What you'll need
- 3+ years technical maintenance experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically with Photolithography tools set maintenance and metrology.
- Associate of Science degree with an emphasis in Electronics, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on expertise in advanced electro-mechanical systems operations and maintenance.
- Strong grasp of basic electronic, vacuum, and pneumatic theory, electrical circuit principles, motor control systems, and test procedures.
