About the role
This role involves supporting epitaxy (EPI) wafer processing and daily fab operations, working with engineers to ensure stable process, data collection, and product quality.
What you'll do
- Operate EPI equipment and run wafer processes
- Monitor process conditions and lot status
- Collect and summarize process and measurement data
- Perform basic wafer inspection (visual, measurement)
- Support troubleshooting and process improvement activities
What you'll need
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Semiconductor, Electronics, or related field
- Basic understanding of semiconductor fabrication
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment
Nice to have
- Internship or experience in semiconductor fab
- Knowledge of Epitaxy / CVD process
- Basic data analysis skills
