About the role
Perform various operations associated with the processing of VCSEL Wafers, tracking production moves on the CAMSTAR database.
What you'll do
- Wear all required personal protective equipment and maintain training certifications
- Follow work instructions and established procedures for data integrity and product handling
- Maintain break schedules to keep production moving and follow dispatch lists
- Adhere to department reliability expectations for attendance and punctuality
- Communicate professionally and offer/accept constructive feedback
- Report any safety concerns or near misses to a supervisor
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
- Less than 1 year of related experience
- Ability to read and interpret specifications, maintain records, use basic arithmetic, and material measurement equipment
- Ability to read, understand, and speak English
- Ability to use PC software including Webmail
- Ability to work in a class 100/1000 clean room for extended periods, wearing full cleanroom attire
- Ability to work with and/or around chemicals (such as solids and acids)
- Ability to work 12-hour compressed shifts
- Ability to stand for up to 6 hours at a time, lift up to 6-10 pounds, push/pull up to 16-30 pounds, and sit for up to 3 hours at a time
