About the role
This role involves developing electromechanical components for demanding applications in rail, energy supply, and renewable energies. You will work on solutions for high and highest voltage levels, focusing on high-voltage capacitors.
What you'll do
- Conduct development projects for high-voltage capacitors, including reporting, documentation, and release/change proposals.
- Design capacitor systems, including electrical, thermal, and acoustic simulation.
- Plan, execute, and track project progress as a project leader.
- Provide technical support to other ESTA departments (Marketing/Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing).
- Support customer projects and after-sales management in coordination with sales.
What you'll need
- Completed degree (Dipl-Ing, BSc, MSc) or technician in Electrical Engineering/Energy Technology or comparable.
- Very good German and English language skills.
