About the role
This role involves developing and maintaining RF test systems for various applications, including RF and DC probe, probed devices, socketed Multi-Chip-Packages (MCP’s), and coaxial connected package parts.
What you'll do
- Develop RF test systems with Test Engineers.
- Set up and calibrate S parameters and power test stations.
- Support test improvement efforts with test development engineers and the software team.
- Report test progress to managers and customers.
- Test internal and customer deliverable products using proper ESD, handling, and packaging/shipping procedures.
What you'll need
- Associate’s degree in Electronics or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of RF test experience in a production/manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of RF and DC circuits and measurement fundamentals.
- Experience diagnosing and correcting RF test issues.
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (VNA, Signal Generators, Power Sensors, SMUs, Spectrum Analyzers).
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and device datasheets.
Nice to have
- Experience with RF semiconductor test systems.
- Strong working knowledge of RF system calibration and measurement accuracy.
- Experience operating in high-volume ATE environments with automated handlers.
- Experience using test software suites in manufacturing and engineering environments.
