About the role
This role involves supporting High Performance Computing Racks, focusing on server and rack installation, cabling, and validation of rack/system health.
What you'll do
- Build and assemble servers.
- Troubleshoot server/rack power-up issues.
- Route cables and connect inter and intra racks.
- Manage logistics and hardware RMA.
- Create interconnect and OMS diagrams.
- Create documentation for cabling.
What you'll need
- Experience with server/rack hardware.
- Ability to do cable management, routing, and modification.
- Experience with using layout and schematics tools, including Visio.
- Experience with Windows and Linux OS installation, OS/data backup, and recovery.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of related experience.
