About the role
This role involves starting, monitoring, and troubleshooting purification systems, as well as performing decontamination, sampling, filling, and inspecting products.
What you'll do
- Perform decontamination of manufacturing equipment.
- Sample, fill, and inspect final products.
- Pull chemistry samples and submit to the lab for analysis.
- Perform inspection of complete product to ensure proper quality standards.
- Perform lab maintenance including PMs, ordering supplies, cleanup, and waste disposal.
- Propose and implement process improvements.
What you'll need
- Knowledge of decon, valve building, harvesting, fill, and morph solids.
- Ability to keep up with daily production demands.
- Accountability to have good attendance and consistent daily performance.
- Discipline to follow work instructions and standard operating processes.
- Dedication to excellence by being proactive with tasks.
- Creativity and innovation to improve productivity, cost savings, and safety.
Nice to have
- 0-1 years of experience in a technical field (chemical, semiconductor, aerospace, automotive).
- Associate degree in chemistry, process operations, or another technical field.
- Previous chemical handling experience.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- SAP experience.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45000.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs and push up to 130lbs.
