About the role
This role drives EWS ramp-up readiness and supports production changes, working with Engineering, Device, Quality, and AMK teams. It involves optimizing product management for yield and cycle time.
What you'll do
- Drive EWS ramp-up readiness and support production changes.
- Drive yield improvement with device engineering and quality teams.
- Qualify and release new TP Revisions to production.
- Secure test KPI performance (NRT, Retest, HW maintenance).
- Drive MRB (Material Review Board) with Device and FE quality Engineers.
- Perform tester and hardware qual, analysis, and reporting to support production capacity.
What you'll need
- Master or Bachelor degree in science or electronics engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of electronic and semiconductor/optical environments.
- Knowledge of optics or photonics.
- Understanding of the EWS testing process and process technology/manufacturing.
- Experience with statistical analysis of data and images/optical, including JMP/Spotfire and optical tool knowledge/skills.
