About the role
As an Engineer, Product Engineering, you will define and develop reliability stress and test plans, and drive resolution for qualification issues in heterogeneous integration for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products.
What you'll do
- Define and develop reliability stress, test flows, and test plans for product reliability.
- Collaborate with the Global Quality team to define qualification plans and manage execution.
- Drive reduction of Extrinsic Reliability (Time 0 and Field DPM) and Intrinsic Reliability.
- Debug and identify root causes of failures in reliability tests using electrical and physical failure analysis.
- Provide recommendations to fab teams for new process conversions to reduce cost and increase yields.
- Manage risks associated with DPM process conversions and project prioritization.
- Actively engage and leverage Artificial Intelligence by embedding AI/automation into reliability workflows.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of problem-solving methodologies, focusing on root cause identification.
- Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.
- Exposure to data analysis, statistics, and scripting tools such as Python or JMP.
- Ability to work effectively in team-based projects.
Nice to have
- Experience in semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation.
