About the role
This role involves developing and validating NAND Flash memory products, covering both pre-silicon concept development and post-silicon validation.
What you'll do
- Develop, validate, and qualify new NAND Flash memory products.
- Define and validate product configuration parameters.
- Apply CAD tools and Verilog simulations for build verification and circuit analysis.
- Perform electrical failure analysis to determine root causes of device issues.
- Use engineering benches and testers for device characterization and failure analysis.
- Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Physics.
- Knowledge with PyTorch, TensorFlow, SystemVerilog, Linux and Bash.
- Experience with pre-silicon emulation and designing RISC-V CPU.
- Strong foundation in semiconductor device physics and circuit building.
- Hands-on experience with Verilog and Cadence tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like JMP and Python.
