Engineer (m/f/d) Process Innovation Center - BE
About the role
This role involves developing and testing new semiconductor technologies and successfully transferring them into volume production within the Process Innovation Center (PIC).
What you'll do
- Develop new semiconductor processes using DOE-based experimental design - Conduct experiments and manufacture prototypes on production equipment - Define robust process windows and develop concepts to demonstrate process capability (Cpk) - Support new technologies throughout ramp-up and industrialization - Prepare technology transfer packages, including statistical process control, risk management, documentation, and training - Scale new processes across multiple production tools and manufacturing areas
What you'll need
- Degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, chemistry, or a comparable field - Several years of professional experience in a technology-driven environment and sound knowledge of semiconductor technology - Analytical and structured approach to experimentation and data analysis - Strong sense of responsibility and a high commitment to quality - Good command of both German and English
