About the role
This role involves executing electrical test, checkout, and validation procedures to confirm device, board-level, and system functionality. It also includes configuring test setups and capturing parametric data for engineering review.
What you'll do
- Execute electrical test, checkout, and validation procedures.
- Verify products, test hardware, fixtures, and supporting equipment.
- Perform assembly, rework, and disassembly of PCB-level components and test-interface hardware.
- Configure test setups and execute electrical characterization and validation procedures.
- Record test conditions, measured results, anomalies, and deviations.
- Diagnose hardware, fixture, and test-equipment issues.
What you'll need
- High school diploma/GED.
- Proficiency with computer-based engineering workflows and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to safely handle, transport, position, and set up laboratory equipment and related hardware up to 25 lbs.
Nice to have
- Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school in electronics.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor reliability testing, electrical characterization, qualification execution, failure analysis support, or engineering lab operations.
