About the role

This role involves the rapid development of compact RF systems from requirements gathering to production. You will own entire RF power systems enabling small and fast semiconductor plasma systems.

What you'll do

  • Contribute to the design of complete RF power systems from architecture to schematic to layout.
  • Ensure accurate RF power diagnostics and metrology.
  • Collaborate with engineers and scientists to gather system requirements.
  • Help define firmware requirements.
  • Source components and lead manufacturing effort.

What you'll need

  • Experience building RF systems.
  • RF resonant power amplifier design in the 100s of Watts range.
  • RF power measurement sensor design.
  • Hands-on prototyping and testing.
  • Cable harness design, documentation, and fabrication.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in power electronics or related field.
  • Plasma systems experience.
  • Systems engineering and integration.
