About the role
This role involves designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits for memory products at Micron Technology.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits.
- Assist with parasitic modeling, design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions.
- Manage the layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing.
- Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators.
- Contribute to cross-group communication for standardization.
- Work with various groups to ensure manufacturability of products.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Enrollment in an accredited university program.
- Strong individual contributor abilities.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of digital logic design and semiconductor fundamentals.
- Exposure to Memory architecture and understanding of memory subsystem.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
