DMOS5 Process Technician - YE - C shift
About the role
Texas Instruments is seeking a Process Technician to support clean room operations in the DMOS5 wafer fabrication facility. The technician will provide process and product support, address production concerns, and manage the disposition of production material across fab engineering and manufacturing groups.
What you'll do
- Perform technical tests and experiments for engineering in the wafer fabrication area.
- Monitor, audit, and provide guidance to line operators once product is on the line.
- Test new products and provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
- Address production concerns and handle the disposition of production material.
What you'll need
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Either 2 years of semiconductor experience as a Technician, or 8 years of non-semiconductor or military Technician experience.
- Ability to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule.
- Flexibility to work day shifts including one weekend shift and holidays.
Nice to have
- Experience as a Process Technician in Yield Enhancement (YE).
- Ability to learn and understand process flow quickly to support engineering.
- Troubleshooting skills on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience assisting engineering with root cause identification for defectivity issues and resolving defectivity-related activities.
- Experience supporting material movement and dispositioning out-of-control material in the Yield Enhancement module.
