About the role
As an Equipment Technician in DMOS5, you will perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, equipment improvements, equipment upgrades, and equipment installation on CMP tools. You will interface and communicate with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to resolve equipment issues.
What you'll do
- Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, improvements, upgrades, and installations. - Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downs. - Monitor and analyze tool data to maintain equipment performance and address tool-related issues. - Coordinate supplier service and repairs where needed. - Prepare technical reports, summarize findings, and recommend solutions to technical problems.
What you'll need
- High School diploma or GED. - Must be 18 years of age or older. - At least 2 years of semiconductor experience as a Technician, OR at least 8 years of non-semiconductor/military Technician experience. - Ability to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule.
Nice to have
- Semiconductor experience in CMP. - Troubleshooting skills on electrical/mechanical systems.
