This role involves driving innovation in Power Electronics for data center, energy, and robotics markets. You will be part of a team that defines, develops, and delivers process technology and system solutions for Analog Devices' power product platforms.
What you'll do
- Understand market needs in data center, energy, and robotics markets.
- Define optimum circuit topologies and process technologies for applications.
- Design and test proposed solutions in the lab.
- Collaborate with product development, applications, and process technology teams.
- Create and nurture the engineering team.
What you'll need
- Advanced degree or 20+ years of industry experience in power electronics.
- Expertise in delivering new power solutions to market.
- Strong technical background in power circuit design, simulation, implementation, and lab measurement.
- Experience working with advanced process technology and packaging teams, including wide band gap FETs and power modules.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills, including application notes and customer support.
