About the role

The Director of Product Management and Marketing (PMM) – Cybersecurity leads the product management and marketing process for the Cycuity Radix product line and hardware security assurance portfolio across commercial and government customers. The role spans requirement gathering, competitive analysis, product roadmap planning, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market execution for semiconductor design security solutions.

What you'll do

- Define and execute the security product strategy and roadmap, maintaining MRDs and PRDs while coordinating scope and timelines with R&D, sales, field engineering, and finance. - Monitor the hardware cybersecurity landscape, tracking standards, regulations, legislation, competitive offerings, and market segment requirements. - Engage directly with semiconductor design customers to gather technical security requirements, manage early-access and beta programs, and address product feedback. - Drive pricing, packaging, licensing, go-to-market activities, and product launches alongside brand, digital, and ecosystem marketing teams. - Create product positioning, white papers, presentations, and speaking abstracts, representing Arteris across technical media, industry events, and standards bodies. - Guide portfolio expansion by defining security and safety capabilities across adjacent semiconductor and system IP products.

What you'll need

- U.S. Citizenship or national status (resident of American Samoa or Swains Island). - BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. - 10+ years of customer-facing B2B commercial experience. - 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Engineering, or Technical Sales with P&L responsibilities or oversight, including full lifecycle product management. - 5+ years of direct and indirect team leadership experience. - 3+ years of SoC/ASIC experience. - Technical background in EDA Verification, covering simulation, formal verification, emulation, and prototyping.

Nice to have

- Background in cybersecurity and aerospace & defense. - Experience with agentic AI.
