About the role
As part of an internal consulting team reporting to Applied Global Services executive leadership, you will lead strategic initiatives to streamline business processes, optimize supply chain and operations, reduce costs, and improve business performance through advanced analytics.
What you'll do
- Structure and break down complex business problems, develop hypotheses, drive analysis, and deliver data-driven recommendations. - Lead analysis across large data sets to synthesize operational insights and improvement opportunities. - Develop and present recommendations and deliverables for executive leadership and contribute to strategy and execution discussions. - Work across cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate hypotheses, align deliverables, and manage full project lifecycles from as-is analysis to implementation. - Optimize operations and business processes to improve performance, reduce cycle times, and shrink costs.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. - 10+ years of relevant work experience. - Experience and understanding spanning logistics, financial reporting, operations, and service business management. - Demonstrated ability to analyze multiple data sources and synthesize insights across large data sets. - Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma.
