About the role
This role is responsible for the overall performance of the Furnace, Thin Films, Epi, CMP, and Implant modules within the wafer fabrication facility.
What you'll do
- Own performance and business results for Furnace, Thin Films, Epi, CMP, and Implant modules.
- Deliver results across safety, quality, output, yield, cycle time, equipment performance, workforce capability, and cost.
- Lead and develop a large organization of managers, engineers, maintenance personnel, technicians, and operators.
- Drive improvements in yield, cycle time, equipment availability, productivity, and cost performance.
- Partner with process development, product engineering, planning, quality, supply chain, and facilities teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, environmental regulations, and EHS expectations.
What you'll need
- Experience in Furnace, Thin Films, Epi, CMP, and Implant wafer fabrication modules.
- Demonstrated ability to manage safety, quality, output, yield, cycle time, equipment performance, workforce capability, and cost.
- Experience leading and developing technical and operational teams.
- Ability to drive operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making and structured problem solving.
- Understanding of technology transfers, new product introductions, and production ramps.
Nice to have
- Experience with 5S principles.
- Strategic planning for capacity, workforce capability, equipment strategy, and organizational development.
