Dicing Process Operator

About the role
This role involves operating dicing equipment to process semiconductor substrates into circuits and performing post-dicing cleaning and packaging functions.
What you'll do
- Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications for dicing and heat treat operations.
- Prepare substrates for dicing by mounting onto glass plates and instructing cutting machines.
- Perform dicing of wax-mounted substrates into circuits using dicing saws.
- Manually clean circuits using chemicals and/or distilled water after dicing.
- Perform via enhancement and prepare circuits for packaging using tweezers and waffle packs.
- Enter production information into a computer via the Vantage system and comply with safety regulations.
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and follow prints, procedures, and written/oral instructions.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Prior experience working for an ISO 9000 certified company.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of safe chemical handling practices.
