About the role
Skyworks' Device Engineering Internships are offered in the Technology & Manufacturing (TMG) business group to support semiconductor fabrication and test projects.
What you'll do
- Assist experienced engineers in DC/RF test, measurement, and data analysis.
- Document existing process control modules (PCM) and their characterization focus.
- Improve monitoring of critical inline process monitors.
- Support Fab operations by maintaining and improving Yield web reports.
- Perform analysis and correlation of test data to fabrication process parameters.
- Develop and improve semiconductor fabrication flows and processes.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Data analysis skills using statistic-based arguments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Spotfire.
- Knowledge of SharePoint.
- Knowledge of CAD.
