About the role
This Device Engineering Intern position supports Qorvo's Global Operations business group.
What you'll do
- Assist engineers with DC/RF test, measurement, and data analysis.
- Document existing process control modules (PCM) and their characterization focus.
- Improve monitoring of critical inline process monitors.
- Support Fab operations by maintaining and improving Yield web reports.
- Analyze and correlate test data to fabrication process.
- Develop and improve semiconductor fabrication flows and processes.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong data analysis skills (statistic based arguments).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Spotfire, SharePoint, CAD.
