About the role
This is a hands-on Developer Relations role on the DevRel team focused on building prototypes, optimizing harnesses around models, and writing technical content.
What you'll do
- Write technical blogs, tutorials, walkthroughs, and practical guides grounded in experimental implementations.
- Build sample applications, notebooks, prototypes, and interactive demos highlighting fast inference.
- Build and optimize workflows around models, addressing prompts, tool use, context management, orchestration, and evaluation.
- Investigate model capabilities, evaluate behavior on realistic workloads, and formulate developer recommendations.
- Design practical tests, measure results, validate technical claims, and ensure code reproducibility.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver launch examples, workshops, and developer troubleshooting support.
What you'll need
- Portfolio of AI applications, prototypes, technical writing, tutorials, or substantive developer-facing work.
- Hands-on experience building with model APIs and debugging AI application workflows.
- Technical writing skills capable of translating complex implementations into clear technical documentation.
- Experience working with agent harnesses or workflows involving prompting, tool calling, context management, and evaluation.
- Demonstrated technical judgment to design fair comparisons, verify experimental results, and distinguish observations from assumptions.
- Ability to scope projects, ship code independently, and collaborate across technical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience optimizing latency, responsiveness, or reliability in AI applications.
- Contributions to open-source projects, developer tools, or publicly available technical examples.
- Experience teaching developers through workshops, talks, or live demonstrations.
