About the role
This role is for a core technical individual contributor in the FLASH Group, focusing on the design and validation of on-chip controllers and mixed-signal circuitry in NAND FLASH chips.
What you'll do
- Develop architecture and define products.
- Perform detailed transistor level design.
- Create test plans, system integration, and verification.
- Design and implement RTL for controller hardware.
- Develop firmware code for NAND internal operations.
- Conduct full-chip Verilog validation.
What you'll need
- Solid knowledge in Verilog language.
- Solid digital logic fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of analog circuits.
- Understanding and knowledge of mixed-mode design and validation.
- Thorough understanding of Design/Verification CAD tools such as ncsim, Design Compiler, Formality, PrimeTime.
- Knowledge of TCL or PERL.
