About the role
This role is responsible for customer service activities associated with updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex KLA equipment at customer sites. Working under the supervision of a Manager or Senior CSE, you will assure operational quality of system equipment and coordinate with customers to minimize downtime.
What you'll do
- Execute customer service activities involving updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex KLA equipment at customer sites.
- Represent the company to customers and take accountability for customer satisfaction with service.
- Assure the operational quality and performance of system equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair actions with customers to minimize tool downtime.
What you'll need
- An ASET, BSEE, or BSEET (Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology), or 2+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry or related military service experience.
- Working knowledge of digital multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Capability to read basic wiring diagrams and schematics.
