DMOS6 Manufacturing Supervisor
About the role
As a Texas Instruments Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead manufacturing direct reports in a wafer fab cleanroom environment in the factory.
What you'll do
- Supervise and support manufacturing direct reports on the factory floor within a wafer fab cleanroom environment.
- Collaborate with fellow supervisors and engineers to achieve operational and business goals.
- Motivate, enable, and develop team members to perform at a high level.
- Learn and transition to new concepts and operational roles to meet factory objectives.
- Work a 12-hour compressed work schedule on day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
What you'll need
- High School diploma or GED.
- Either 4 years of experience working as an advanced/lead specialist in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, or 1 year of relevant supervisory experience.
- Ability to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule.
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts that include one weekend shift and holidays.
Nice to have
- Experience with training and developing others or leading teams.
