About the role
This role provides technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA products in customer fabrication facilities.
What you'll do
- Provide technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA products in customer fabrication facilities. - Work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing within KLA and with customer engineers. - Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineers, leading and coordinating remote and local troubleshooting. - Perform experiments to characterize tool or subcomponent performance and develop recipes to model applications. - Deliver application support and training to customers.
What you'll need
- MS or higher degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or Electronics. - Professional communication skills in English and Korean.
Nice to have
- Understanding of fab processes.
