What you'll do
- Deliver technical support that ensures optimal tool performance in customer fabs. - Implement detailed installation plans. - Develop and implement applications that solve customer problems using existing and pre-release products. - Work with engineering teams to resolve hardware/software issues, scope feature requests to improve current products, and collect requirements for future products. - Deliver technical presentations, customer training, and assist sales teams with technical assessments and product specifications. - Travel up to 20% to support high-volume manufacturing sites.
