About the role
This role is for a CPU Circuit Design Engineer to lead design analysis and methodologies for memory blocks and data path subsystems. You will be part of P-core India, driving Intel's latest CPU's in the latest process technology.
What you'll do
- Enable methodologies for memory blocks to meet over 5GHz Freq and low-power digital designs with optimal area.
- Perform back-end design implementation of new features.
- Conduct analysis of different memory blocks and data path subsystems.
- Collaborate with Layout and Floor planning teams.
- Apply expertise in Memory post silicon analysis.
What you'll need
- Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 6+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience.
- In-depth understanding of memory design concepts (SRAM/RF/ROM).
- Expertise in Static timing analysis concepts.
- Good understanding of statistical variation.
Nice to have
- Digital Design Experience, with High Speed, Low Power.
- Familiarity with Verilog.
- Tcl, Perl, Python scripting.
- Good understanding of spice simulations and analysis.
- Technical Expertise in synthesis, P and R tools.
