About the role
This role involves supporting manufacturing operations and driving continuous improvement for CMP/Wet/YE Process tools within a 300mm wafer Fab focused on Analog Technologies.
What you'll do
- Support manufacturing operations in a high-interrupt, rapidly ramping tool install environment.
- Qualify new tool installations and maximize existing toolsets for wafer movement through CMP/Wet/YE Process tools.
- Develop and implement improved CMP/Wet and YE Process methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes.
- Implement project or improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction, quality, and new product support.
- Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time.
- Identify systematic problems in process or equipment related sources and communicate findings.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant Semiconductor Process/manufacturing experience.
Nice to have
- Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
- Proficiency with Python or other AI models or tools.
- Experience with AMAT and EBARA CMP process tools.
- Experience with bath or single wafer clean wet process toolsets.
- Experience in defect metrology.
- Experience working with big data and enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of Cu and Al BEOL integrations.
