About the role
This role involves designing custom digital circuitry, specifically high-performance, low-power, high-reliability, and small-area SRAM compilers to support NVIDIA products.
What you'll do
- Design high-performance, low-power, and small-area SRAM for graphics processors.
- Perform circuit architecting, simulation, and characterization of custom design circuits.
- Conduct transistor-level function verification.
- Participate in building CAD flow for circuit design.
- Handle layout floor planning and supervision.
What you'll need
- BSEE or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience; MSEE preferred.
- Strong background in deep submicron CMOS process and device.
- Good knowledge of high-speed digital circuit design techniques.
- Experience in circuit simulation, schematic capture, and layout verification CAD tools.
