About the role
This role involves the safe handling, transfer, monitoring, and distribution of bulk and specialty chemicals used in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
What you'll do
- Operate and monitor chemical distribution and delivery systems for manufacturing tools.
- Perform routine inspections of chemical storage, transfer, and distribution equipment.
- Execute chemical change-outs, transfers, and replenishment activities.
- Respond to equipment alarms and process abnormalities and perform initial troubleshooting.
- Conduct system rounds, document operational data, and maintain accurate records.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and assist during equipment repairs and system upgrades.
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow detailed operating procedures and work instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to safely work with hazardous chemicals and wear required PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Basic computer skills for documentation, data entry, and monitoring system interfaces.
Nice to have
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or semiconductor support operations.
- Experience with chemical distribution systems, bulk chemical delivery systems, or hazardous material handling.
- Knowledge of process equipment, pumps, valves, instrumentation, and automated control systems.
- Experience working in cleanroom environments.
- HAZWOPER, hazardous materials, or emergency response training.
