About the role
TSMC Arizona is looking for a Chemical Lab Engineer/Analytical Chemist to support its 5-nanometer fab in Phoenix, Arizona.
What you'll do
- Set up chemical analysis methodology for fab environment monitoring and raw materials quality control. - Support incoming materials and raw materials local vendor qualification and auditing. - Assist with local vendor qualification and reporting. - Serve as a chemical expert for fab event prevention, root cause clarification, troubleshooting, and CIP. - Develop analytical technology to meet advanced node requirements.
What you'll need
- BS degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Material Analysis, or a related field. - Experience with chemical analysis instrument operation and method development including ICP-MS, GC-MS, IC, or related techniques. - Project management skills. - Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
