About the role
Perform operations associated with the processing of VCSEL Wafers by following process specifications, factory rules, routing information, and supervisory instructions. The role includes tracking production moves on the CAMSTAR database within a clean room environment.
What you'll do
- Execute processing operations for VCSEL Wafers according to process specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Track production moves and update records using the CAMSTAR database. - Follow the dispatch list to run lots by priority while maintaining break schedules to keep production moving. - Log down tools that experience issues and report near misses or safety concerns immediately. - Adhere to site EHS procedures, wearing required PPE and cleanroom attire in class 100/1000 clean room environments. - Support execution and maintenance of ISO 9000, 9001, and 14001 Quality and Environmental Management System standards.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience with less than 1 year of related experience. - Ability to read and interpret specifications, maintain records, and use basic arithmetic. - Experience or capability using material measurement equipment. - Ability to read, understand, and speak English, communicating professionally across departments. - Proficiency using PC software including Webmail. - Ability to work 12-hour compressed shifts, stand for up to 6 hours at a time, and work around chemicals including solids and acids in a clean room environment.
