About the role

This role involves providing direct technical support to key customers for advanced 2D image sensing products.

What you'll do

• Provide direct technical support and reporting to key customers using advanced 2D image sensing products.
• Help customers bring up and troubleshoot their camera systems and recommend optimal settings.
• Draft, update, and maintain high-quality support documentation, including integration guides and application notes.
• Collaborate with Validation, Analog and Digital Design, Firmware, Engineering, Electrical Characterization, and Optical Characterization teams.

What you'll need

• Master of Engineering degree in Microelectronics, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in CMOS image sensors and/or camera subsystems.
• Proven experience in customer support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Programming skills in Python and C/C++.
