About the role
This role involves ensuring product quality and reliability for General Purpose and Automotive Microcontroller division products. You will manage the entire qualification flow, from defining plans to analyzing results and writing reports, focusing on Silicon and Packages.
What you'll do
- Ensure product quality and reliability meet customer expectations and ST standards, including for Automotive applications.
- Define qualification plans for Silicon and Packages based on product mission profile.
- Develop and debug necessary hardware and software to ensure product reliability.
- Monitor electrical testing and environmental testing.
- Analyze results and write final qualification reports.
- Represent the Quality and Reliability department within technical project teams throughout the development phase.
What you'll need
- Master's degree or a diploma from an Engineering school in Electronics/Microelectronics.
- Knowledge of semiconductors, electronics, and electronic components.
- Experience in the reliability of electronics components or Product/Test Engineering.
- Conscientious, pragmatic, rigorous, and highly organized.
- Good analytic skills and communication.
