Business Unit Operations IV delivers cross-functional execution of programs to meet division and financial goals. The position supports operational execution and portfolio priorities for the Metal ALD product group.
What you'll do
- Deliver cross-functional execution of programs to meet and exceed division and financial goals for the Metal ALD product group. - Coordinate division product portfolio prioritization and budget alignment. - Drive planning and operational execution for balance sheet performance, including cash optimization, inventory management, and OPEX spending alignment. - Manage and drive division COGS reduction plans to achieve gross margin targets. - Create and continuously improve business processes across enterprise interface points, including supply chain and AGS. - Develop and drive cross-divisional programs while achieving tactical alignment with segment and AMAT plans.
What you'll need
- In-depth expertise in business unit operations, product operations, or related discipline within the function. - Proven experience leading complex projects with notable risk and developing execution strategies. - Demonstrated experience managing OPEX spending, balance sheet performance, and inventory management. - Track record of driving COGS reduction plans to meet gross margin goals. - Experience coordinating product portfolio prioritization and budget alignment across cross-functional enterprise teams.
